Our Story

We started Lazy Coconuts in 2019 to make cleaning products that actually reduce plastic waste and carbon emissions. But we had one rule: they still had to work really well.

Too often, “sustainable” means accepting products that are weaker, slower, or just frustrating to use. We think that’s the wrong trade-off. Our goal is simple — products that are better for the planet without being worse for you. Lazy Coconuts is for people who want to make better choices, but don’t want to spend hours researching ingredients or sacrificing performance to do it. Go green. Be lazy.

The environmental challenges we face are real. But we’re optimistic. Across the world, people are rethinking how products are made, packaged, and shipped. That shift is driving a wave of innovation — new materials, better formulas, and smarter ways to reduce waste. Our goal is to be a small part towards normalizing that future — A future where the products in our homes are effective, low-waste, and designed with the planet in mind — so you don’t have to feel guilty every time you use them. That’s what we’re building toward.

Here's what we stand for:

High standards, low waste

We make products we actually want to use. If something doesn’t work well, or contains ingredients we wouldn’t feel good about using ourselves, it doesn’t make the cut.

We’re always testing new formulas, materials, and ways to reduce waste. Not because it’s trendy — because it’s the right way to build products.

Straight answers, no spin

We try to say things that are true. We spend time figuring out what words really mean before we use them. If something isn’t perfect yet, we’ll tell you that too.

If you have a question, ask! You’ll get a straight answer.

Respect customers & their time

You’re the only reason this company exists. When you email us, a real person reads it. When something goes wrong, we fix it. Complaints aren’t annoying — they’re how we get better.

Our goal isn’t just to sell you something once — it’s to make products you’ll want to keep using.

Build something worth buying

There’s enough mediocre stuff in the world already. We focus on making products that solve problems differently and hold up over time. If we wouldn’t happily use it in our own homes, we’re not going to sell it.
